We do not store bank login details
When you link your accounts, you will use their bank supplied login details. Once authenticated, we are provided an alphanumeric key to securely access financial data from then on. We do not store bank login details anywhere on our APP at any time, so your data is completely safe. At no time can anyone retrieve your bank login details from our app.
Encrypted end-to-end
All communications with our data partners are 100% encrypted end-to-end. This includes our communication with financial institutions, and your broker, advisor, and other financial professionals. We use AES 256 encryption and our your financial data and personal details are never stored together.
Geo-Restricted to Australia
Our APP can only be downloaded from the Australian APP/Play stores and our data is stored on secure servers in Sydney. We have specifically chosen to geo-restrict our APP within Australia to further enhance our security.
No Transactions
We do not allow ay transactions within our APP. Our data is read-only. This ensures that even in the event of a breach, no one can impact your portfolio at any time.
Respectful with no cross-selling
We take your relationship with us seriously. We will never cross-sell to you. This means no attempt to get you better rates on your utilities, credit cards or anything else. We are here to facilitate the communication between you and your financial professional – where you can get the best financial advice available.
