I'm getting a 'Technical Error'

This can happen from time to time when your bank or lender is having issues.

Sometimes you will see an error when trying to connect an account to dineiro - it might look like the screenshot here.

This typically happens when your bank, or lender is havering technical issues. This might be related to upgrades, maintenance or other issues.

If you contact us (1300 143 456) we can login to our data portal and search for your bank or lender to tell you what the problem is and roughly when it is expected to be resolved.

In some cases, these issues can be fixed in a few hours, but sometimes, these issues can persist.

While these issues are very inconvenient, they are also entirely out of our control, we try to work with our data partners to ensure they happen a little as possible.
