Typically when bank accounts disappear it's due to maintenance at the bank's end.
Every bank and lender has regular maintenance on their system. This might be due to security upgrades, moving to new infrastructure, launching new features etc.
During this time, we may be unable to connect and download your data from your institution. When this happens, you might see one or more accounts temporarily missing from your dineiro app.
Don't worry though, once your institution or lender is back online, your accounts will reappear.
If you want to find out specifically which banks or lenders are being affected, you can contact us (1300 143 456) and we can check our database. We can try to provide you with an idea on when your data will become available again, based on the information we have at the time.
Some of these delays can take just a few hours however some of these issues can take days or more to rectify. They are entirely out of our control.
