Why do you need my bank logins?

To connect your bank, credit, loan and super accounts to diñeiro, we need you to authorise our access.

This means using our FastLink tool (provided by our data partner Yodlee) to login to your accounts, giving us permission to download and update your financial data. Updates are completed every 24 hours, so your data is always up to date.

Please be aware that we will never store your bank details anywhere in the app.

Instead, we are provided an alphanumeric key that will identify us with your financial institution.

All data is transmitted and store in an encrypted manner (we use AES 256 encryption), and our access is read-only, so no transactions can ever be performed within the diñeiro app. We take your safety and security very seriously.
