Even with that fantastic coverage, homes that haven't been on the market in a very long time, or properties that have recently been renovated can sometimes means we can't get a proper valuation.
We continue to add new data APIs (data feeds) to our app to get better and more robust data but if you are getting a screen like the one above, best to tell your broker as they may have alternative ways to getting valuation data.
