diñeiro uses a data service provider called Yodlee as it's primary source for financial data. Yodlee is a globally recognise data service provider with an outstanding safety record. Through Yodlee, we have access to over 330 banks, credit card companies, lender, financial service providers and super funds. You can connect almost any of them to our app.
If you can't find your institution or are having issues connecting your account, simply click on the 'contact us' link at the top of the page to lodge a ticket. Our Australia based support team will look into your issue and contact you to fix the problem. If your provide is not currently available through Yodlee, we can request their connection (this may take some time).
From time to time however, some financial institutions can have outages. These may be due to technical issues, upgrades or scheduled maintenance. We can access our institution list and find out if your institution is having issues and can provide a likely time for a fix.
